In this role you will work with all areas of the company and our external partners to contribute to the company's strong growth trajectory. Execution of all marketing and customer acquisition activities: strategy, design, budgeting, testing, production, and analysis to assist in the global mission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Use your project management skills and
experience to help manage and implement improvement plans of online advertising
programs. Will be responsible for optimizing relations with its top online
strategic partners by managing the ongoing relationship of partner sites, tracking
and evaluating the performance of those sites, ensuring the compilation of timely
reporting and analysis. Work with Senior Manager to assess the success of strategies
and implement modifications to better enhance marketing campaigns and optimize ROI.
Manage day-to-day business interactions with top online strategic marketing partners.
Strategize, design and execute testing tactics.Identify high impact placements and
monitor closely. Work with ad agencies, freelancers, internal teams on creative
development and production. Create graphic and text content for editorial placements.
Provide brand performance reports and weekly status updates, as well as monthly
creative reporting and analysis· Analyze performance data and recommend changes.
Leverage ad carriage to support internal business unit marketing objectives.
Implement changes through internal database and third party ad serving systems.
Qualifications/Experience
Self-motivated and results-oriented. He/She will possess an entrepreneurial spirit
that thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment that is energetic, fun and
team driven. 4 year Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, finance,
or related discipline required. 3 years Internet-related experience required.
Analytic skills required. Software marketing experience required. Ad agency/Third
party ad serving experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, creative direction skills and problem solving skills required. Strong
attention to detail and excellent follow-through required· Positive attitude and
keen desire for learning required. Highly proficient in MS Office HTML. Proficiency in Web Technologies preferred. Familiarity with web advertising, SEO and PPC search engines a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Must be able to conduct personal interviews with subjects (in covert and overt manners), interview neighbors, coworkers, friends and family. Perform record searches with police departments, courthouses, education facilities, financial institutions, medical providers, and mental health facilities. Conduct surveillance for long periods of time. Work with other highly motivated investigators. Be supervised by selected senior investigators and case managers.
Qualifications/Experience
Previous investigative experience in civil, law enforcement, military, fraud prevention, or current investigations not nessary, but a major plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills a must. Strong PC skills required. Requires a detail oriented, independent thinker with multi-tasking skills.
Desired Skills:

Overview
We are seeking a Support Analyst to join us. He or she
will provide quality support to users, employing a high degree of customer
service, technical expertise, and timeliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Support Analyst will use various techniques for resolving problems
and escalate trouble tickets as necessary to third tier support team
and to the support manager. The position will be responsible for the
installation and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and PDA devices;
supporting all College Board supported software, including Desktop OS,
Productivity Office Suite, and Business Information Systems; enhancing and
developing quality support methods and communication skills through coaching
feedback and other developmental approaches; assisting in the resolution of
user and support issues among company sites to ensure timely distribution
of knowledge and positive impact on user satisfaction; and researching,
resolving, and responding to questions received via telephone calls, letters,
and callbacks in a timely manner, in accordance with standards. The Support
Analyst will acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product
offerings and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions
to customers. He or she will participate in team projects that enhance the
quality or efficiency of Support Desk services and assist in special product-related
issues as needed, with the flexibility to change focus as necessary.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelors’ degree in computer science or a related subject, plus additional related
college courses or professional training. Three to five years of experience in
computer systems or IT support, with technical proficiency in operating systems and
productivity office suites and experience in multi-platform environments.
Also required are excellent customer service skills; interpersonal and telephone skills;
excellent organization skills; strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrated
problem solving skills; ability to maintain a high level of client trust and confidence
in the knowledge of client concern and needs; broad range of desktop knowledge is highly
desirable, including experience in: Windows 2000 Professional, Microsoft Office 2000
Professional, Internet Explorer, McAfee, SecureRemote, AppleTalk protocols, Microsoft Visio,
Microsoft Project.
